Do I need to provide cleaning products?

Yes. We ask our customers to provide their own cleaning products and equipment. This ensures our cleaners are using the products you prefer. It also enables us to send an alternative cleaner with minimal notice if for some reason your cleaner is unable to make your clean. 

If you would prefer cleaning products supplied by your cleaner there will be a small additional charge.

What if I'm not satisfied with my clean?

Before your first clean we will discuss with you what you want your clean to include and will quote the length of the clean accordingly. If your clean doesn't meet your expectations please contact us asap. We want your clean to be pristine!

What happens if the cleaner damages something?

All our cleaners here at The Pristine Clean Company are covered by Public Liability Insurance. This covers you and your home from any damages caused by a cleaners negligence. Public liability insurance is one of the most important factors to consider when letting any cleaner into your home and is often the biggest difference between hiring a private cleaner versus a hiring a cleaner through our agency.

Are the cleaners police checked?

Yes! All our cleaners are police vetted when they join The Pristine Clean team.
